With layoffs popping up left and right like some popcorn, mental health becomes an even more important topic. The job market is ever changing and I’ve seen the fair share of LinkedIn posts summarizing individuals job searches where thousands of applications going un answered. It’s important to be positive and not be bothered by what you can’t control, but this is a tough mindset to get into.

“Door Opens” — Let Them Theory walks in! After discovering this podcast episode a lightbulb went off. My blood pressure subsided as I let out a deep sigh of relief. Finally something that is easy to grasp and even easier to put into practice.

If you are facing challenging times, stuck in a rut or trying to change your mindset, I encourage you to give this episode a listen.
